I wasn’t entirely sure about booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews, especially concerning the elevators. The lobby looked very posh, which gave me hope, but I was still hesitant with some of the other reviews. Check-in was smooth, though fully manual, and I ended up staying in the next building beside the check-in area. Fortunately, I had zero issues with the elevators throughout my three-night stay, except for one instance of a long wait. The room was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect if you want to stay in a more upscale area of Tokyo. Taxi rides to famous spots like Shibuya Crossing were quick and easy, and I even walked there myself. I also spent a lot of time at the nearby Azabudai Hills, shopping and dining. I didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it felt like a very safe neighborhood, and I enjoyed exploring the area. I had a very late flight and they allowed me to keep my luggage there which is very convenient and helpful. I think the staff was overworked but they were friendly with me also because I'm a friendly person no matter what. So go easy on people! The Good: - Smooth check-in process (though manual). - Clean and quiet room. - Excellent location in an upscale area. - Easy taxi rides to key attractions like Shibuya Crossing. - Walkable neighborhood with access to places like Azabudai Hills. - Safe surroundings with plenty of dining options nearby.

You can get to the hotel from Haneda Airport by taking the train twice, and it takes about 40-45 minutes on average. Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and they're a bit strict about it. The reception staff at the entrance are super helpful. They handle the check-in process quickly, so you can head to your room in no time. If you included any special requests during your booking, they'll try to accommodate them based on availability. The rooms are a bit small but designed compactly, so it doesn't feel like an issue. You can slide your luggage under the bed for storage. On the ground floor, there's an ice machine, a microwave, and vending machines. The hotel's architecture consists of three blocks, and except for the middle building, the first floors of the other buildings have washing machines and dryers. You can do your laundry for a reasonable price. Overall, it was an awesome experience in terms of value for money. I'd book again without hesitation on my next trip!

We were extremely pleased with our choice of an APA chain hotel. The buildings are bright and modern, and the staff is friendly and eager to assist. The location offers many amenities, such as a laundry room and shuttle service. A bus right outside the hotel takes you directly to Shibuya Station and Crossing in under 20 minutes, and it's just a 7-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The cleaning service was excellent, providing fresh towels and pyjamas (kimonos!) every morning. There's a small convenience store, a Costa coffee station, and a vending machine on-site. It's great value for money, and the location is fantastic, with plenty to do in the Roppongi area, including Roppongi Hills, the Mori Art Museum, Tokyo Tower, and Zojo-ji Temple.

Nice hotel though the Train Station is a bit far. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store about 300 meters away from the hotel. You can check-in by yourself and what I really like is the express checkout. Very advance hotel mostly electronics. We really love the place especially Tokyo and the people of Tokyo, though it is a lot different if you go to the other places in Japan like Kyoto, Nagoya, etc. where the people are a bit rude and unfriendly. Probably, the people in cities like Tokyo & Osaka wants to show the beauty of Japan but deep inside they are very pretentious and acting to be very polite which they are really not. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at APA.

Good location, very clean, easy checkin/out and amazing service from the staff. Has multiple elevators for different parts of the building, which is great. Room size is typical of Tokyo but comfortable. Shower pressure is always great, and you get free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries included with the room. Location is just a little further away from things that i would have liked. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main convenience stores in Roppongi, a big Don Quijote and the subways. There is a bus that stops right outside the door and goes to Shibuya, which is very handy.
