I wasn’t entirely sure about booking this hotel after reading mixed reviews, especially concerning the elevators. The lobby looked very posh, which gave me hope, but I was still hesitant with some of the other reviews. Check-in was smooth, though fully manual, and I ended up staying in the next building beside the check-in area. Fortunately, I had zero issues with the elevators throughout my three-night stay, except for one instance of a long wait. The room was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect if you want to stay in a more upscale area of Tokyo. Taxi rides to famous spots like Shibuya Crossing were quick and easy, and I even walked there myself. I also spent a lot of time at the nearby Azabudai Hills, shopping and dining. I didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, it felt like a very safe neighborhood, and I enjoyed exploring the area. I had a very late flight and they allowed me to keep my luggage there which is very convenient and helpful. I think the staff was overworked but they were friendly with me also because I'm a friendly person no matter what. So go easy on people! The Good: - Smooth check-in process (though manual). - Clean and quiet room. - Excellent location in an upscale area. - Easy taxi rides to key attractions like Shibuya Crossing. - Walkable neighborhood with access to places like Azabudai Hills. - Safe surroundings with plenty of dining options nearby.

Nice hotel though the Train Station is a bit far. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. There is a convenience store about 300 meters away from the hotel. You can check-in by yourself and what I really like is the express checkout. Very advance hotel mostly electronics. We really love the place especially Tokyo and the people of Tokyo, though it is a lot different if you go to the other places in Japan like Kyoto, Nagoya, etc. where the people are a bit rude and unfriendly. Probably, the people in cities like Tokyo & Osaka wants to show the beauty of Japan but deep inside they are very pretentious and acting to be very polite which they are really not. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at APA.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was also close to the center, 20 minutes with the public transports. It also had a metro station near it, 10 minutes on foot, and restaurant options. The double bed room that we stayed was enough for me and my uncle and we are both tall, me 180 cm and my uncle 200cm.

Very tidy and practical room, you don't even realize it's only 11m2. Cleaning is every 3 days, but all the necessary amenities are placed at the door every day (towels, hand towels, body scrub, toothbrush, paper cups, cotton bud and etc.) 4 subway lines nearby between 500 and 900m. Wifi exclusive since every room had on router. Really enjoyed the bed, it's super comfortable.

I stayed at APA Hotel Roppongi SIX for 5 days and had a very good experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and extremely well-maintained – the cleanliness was perfect throughout my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful. While there isn’t a lot to explore right outside the hotel, transportation is very convenient with trains and buses nearby to reach other parts of Tokyo. At the same time, two Indian restaurants were within walking distance, and both 7-Eleven and Family Mart were also close by – so finding food and essentials was never a problem. Overall, I truly enjoyed my 5 days here and would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tokyo who wants a clean, comfortable stay with easy access to the city.

Good location, very clean, easy checkin/out and amazing service from the staff. Has multiple elevators for different parts of the building, which is great. Room size is typical of Tokyo but comfortable. Shower pressure is always great, and you get free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toiletries included with the room. Location is just a little further away from things that i would have liked. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main convenience stores in Roppongi, a big Don Quijote and the subways. There is a bus that stops right outside the door and goes to Shibuya, which is very handy.

The hotel was excellent, situated in a great location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Both check-in and check-out were extremely quick and easy. Additionally, there was the option to store luggage both upon arrival and departure, which was very convenient.

We were extremely pleased with our choice of an APA chain hotel. The buildings are bright and modern, and the staff is friendly and eager to assist. The location offers many amenities, such as a laundry room and shuttle service. A bus right outside the hotel takes you directly to Shibuya Station and Crossing in under 20 minutes, and it's just a 7-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The cleaning service was excellent, providing fresh towels and pyjamas (kimonos!) every morning. There's a small convenience store, a Costa coffee station, and a vending machine on-site. It's great value for money, and the location is fantastic, with plenty to do in the Roppongi area, including Roppongi Hills, the Mori Art Museum, Tokyo Tower, and Zojo-ji Temple.
